DESCRIPTION:Visitors to Fogo Island can enjoy the creative process by two blacksmith artists July 25 – Aug 7th\, 2021.\nStop by Fogo Island Metalworks (located down Herring Cove Road in Shoal Bay) and watch the creation of a sculpture by two local blacksmith artists- Ian Gillies and Marc Fiset. Enjoy witnessing the process of creating a large metal Sculpture.\n\nThis will not be your regular art show. Pop by\, gather outside around the forge or socialize on the beach\, take pictures and post online. There will be fire pits for cooking and surprise guests popping by\, food\, music and other artist\, no charge just fun. Culmination on Aug 5-7 in “the burning of the sculpture.”
