“Born of an unquenchable desire to tell a story and break some hearts, Singer/guitarist David Guy formed Dust Radio in Vancouver in 1993. Inching his way back home over the following decade to the east coast the current edition of Dust Radio was formed in 2010. The band is comprised of Guy, drummer Elliot Dicks (The Monday Nights, The Novaks), and bass player Ian Cornelissen (The Domestics, Pilot to Bombardier). Sometimes described as “Blue Rodeo if Matthew Sweet was the singer”, Dust Radio shares their pursuit of a “sound”. Armed with a notebook full of songs and a warehouse full of tone, the band is headed to the studio to produce their fourth recording slated for a spring release. Equally comfortable rocking a stage or acoustically delivering to a coffeehouse audience Dust Radio has but one master…the song!”
